Tom Forrest joined Vantera in 2007 from a small private equity firm based in Newport Beach, California investments to increase the companies’ value to the firm’s investors. He has worked to increase the efficiency of the cash flow of a restaurant, reducing the need of capital infusion from roughly $225,000 per quarter to $20,000 per quarter (91%). He has acted as liaison between auditors and company management in the multi-year audit necessary to take companies public. He has compiled the Management’s Discussion and Analysis for SEC SB-2, 10-Q, and 10-K filings. He has been involved in multiple equity capital raises for both private and public companies.  For 2 years he has managed a portfolio of high yield bridge loans.

Tom has consulted for more than 25 companies in the $1-40 million of revenue per year range. The services have ranged from implementing accounting software; preparing clients for audits; completing due diligence files in preparation of clients’ funding or sale of their businesses; and performing as an interim CFO in their companies.
