An Nguyen completed his Master's in Business Administration at the University of Houston with high honors in 2013. An completed his undergraduate degree in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon), near the city where he was born. He met his wife, Thao Tran, at that university. An's parents are both practicing doctors in Vietnam, and the family has travelled together extensively, which has led to his interest in international business. He is resourceful in market research and operational issues of companies, and possess a natural sales ability that coincides with his interest in people. Vantera sees extensive promise in Vietnam, and we are looking for a long and lasting relationship with An and Thao as they return to Vietnam in August 2014.
