Stephen P. Pierson has over four decades of experience in national & international corporate finance.  He has financed over $1.5 billion in aircraft & aircraft engines sales; providing new financings & restructuring both domestically & internationally.

Pierson worked at GE Aerospace & GE Capital for over 20 years financing aircraft & aircraft engines to airlines across the Globe.  While at GE Aerospace he was a Senior Risk Manager focused on a portfolio of over 300 engines with a value in excess of $1 Billion with airlines around the world.  As the Aerospace & Defense Industry Leader for GE Capital he worked on numerous middle market transactions with both aviation & defense firms (A&D).  He worked with both Private Equity Sponsor firms as well as with Private strategic firms financing the acquisitions and expansion of A&D middle market companies.

In addition, Pierson previously worked at Lockheed Finance in Burbank on aircraft financings for Lockheed.

Pierson is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.

He earned an MBA from Middlebury College, Monterey Institute in 1989, after earning a BA from CSU-Fresno.
